Gunion Fest

Abstract:
A paperless festschrift to celebrate the career of Jack Gunion.
Registration
Registration will be $90, which includes the banquet dinner (and wine) on Fri. March 28. If you plan to attend, please register by March 9.
Menu choices:
- Char Roasted Tri Tip,
Perfectly seasoned, charred over fruit wood, then slow roasted accompanied by creamed horseradish and housemade Double A BBQ Sauce
- Basil Pesto Chicken,
Boneless, skinless, breast of chicken served in a basil pesto cream sauce garnished with toasted pine nuts & freshly grated parmesan
- Sicilian Style Vegetarian Lasagne, Seasonal vegetables layered with pasta, cheeses & Italian style tomato sauce
