I am interested in the extensions of the standard model of particle physics that address some of its outstanding puzzles. In particular, I have spent some time thinking about the gauge hierarchy problem and the nature of dark matter. The intersection of quantum field theory and gravity through the AdS/CFT correspondence and further investigations of how we use quantum field theory to address physical questions also interest me.
